Shipping policy

We ship with AUSTRALIA POST. 
A tracking number will be emailed to you if applicable.

If goods are sent as a letter ( eg a pattern, which fits in an envelope) there will be no tracking number. We will use our discretion to make this decision. Any postage charged that isn't used will be refunded. 

Please wait for 10 business days before contacted us for postage issues - please also consider if a public holiday has occurred in this time frame as that can considerably affect postage times.  

If you need goods urgently we suggest you opt for the EXPRESS POST option.

If you have spent above our free shipping ceiling and this applies, please put a note on your order so that we can handle your order with expediency.
